1.We ship nationwide via UPS Express

After you place your order, we will ship your Energy Storage Power Supply using UPS Express. As long as you purchase our Energy Storage Power Supply at Epowerbackup.com and pay successfully, we will provide free shipping regardless of the quantity you purchase.

We do not charge additional shipping tax.

Please note: In order to ensure the quality of our services, we currently only provide services to the United States. Your order of Energy Storage Power Supply products will be shipped from our warehouse located at 1111 Brookhaven Dr, Clovis, California, 93612. thank you for your support!

2.What is our delivery time?

To ensure you have a clear understanding of our delivery time, we explain it to you in detail.

From the time you place your order, it usually takes 3-6 business days to receive your Energy Storage Power Supply. This time includes the time required for order processing and shipping.

(2) Shipping

We use UPS Express for shipping, please allow 2-4 business days for shipping once shipped. We will do our best to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on holidays and weekends.

3.About packaging

4.About product receipt

1. How to check order information?

After the order payment is successful, you can easily check the latest status of the order in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel the order or adjust the order information, we regret that you can only make changes within the first hour after placing the order. This includes canceling the entire order, canceling part of the order, changing the address, modifying the delivery method, and adding, replacing or removing items from the order.

Please note that once more than 1 hour has elapsed, the order will begin to be packed and no modifications or cancellations will be possible at that time.
